Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant UI/UX Manager to design user-friendly digital experiences. Youll transform complex processes into simple, elegant solutions, ensuring alignment with brand and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with developers, business, and product teams.
- Conduct and support UX research and usability testing.
- Ensure accessibility and user-centered design best practices.
- Stay current with design trends and tools.
- 3+ years in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing desktop and mobile design.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, etc.
- Experience in user research and agile environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
