Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Inbound) to join their team!

What youll be doing?
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound calls regarding general banking products and services, providing efficient and quality service to meet customers needs.

  • Problem Solving: Offer solutions and information within standard service times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Feedback Management: Handle complaints and collect valuable feedback and suggestions from customers to improve services.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct surveys on bank products and services to maintain high quality standards.

  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and refer potential investment and insurance opportunities to sales staff, contributing to the banks growth.

  • Performance Standards: Meet productivity standards and achieve assigned sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Collaboration: Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Manager, showcasing your flexibility and teamwork skills.

Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with secondary education or above, demonstrating a solid foundation for learning and growth.

  • Relevant Experience: Ideally, 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or telesales. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

  • Banking Knowledge: Sound understanding of Personal Banking products, with a willingness to learn and expand your expertise.

  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure, showcasing your adaptability and resilience.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, essential for efficient daily operations.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. A good command of Mandarin is advantageous for serving a broader range of clients.
