JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing a team of staffs to deliver high quality customer services

• Maintain daily operations with excellent F&B services based on restaurant standards

• Greet the guests with taking orders and handling payments

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food & beverage in a competent and professional manner

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of restaurant area

• Deal with ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• at least 5-year relevant experience in F&B industry

• Service oriented, self-motivated and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude on any challenges

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese and proficiecny in spoken Japanese is a MUST

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
