IT Project Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

Our client, one of the largest listed companies in Hong Kong, is renowned for its cutting-edge technologies and customer-centric approach in providing day-to-day services to society. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to join they dynamic team and drive the success of IT initiatives. This is an initial 12-month contract position with the possibility of renewal.

Key Contributions:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and budgets, to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize IT documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and asset inventories.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with IT policies and security protocols by organizing audits and updating access records.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Core Expectations:

  • Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, or software development lifecycles.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven and eager to learn
  • Proactive, good organization skills and strong teamwork mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize
  • Strong command in both English and Cantonese
