Alpha Ministry Coordinator

ICA is looking for a full-time staff who is passionate about evangelism, and who is familiar with Alpha courses, as we have the vision to use Alpha to reach people and help them discover and develop a relationship with Jesus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Alpha Facilitators training; to train and equip volunteers to facilitate Alphasessions

• Promoting, recruiting, and running the Alpha Facilitators Course

• Ensuring that the graduates of the Alpha Facilitators Course achieve a high standard for theirexpected role

• Liaising with and helping to form an engaging community of Alpha facilitators to help to ensurethat they can be called upon to serve at Alpha sessions

• Providing all the necessary assistance with respect to any Alpha sessions that ICA is or wishes tobe involved with, including the logistics, catering, promoting, planning, arranging facilitators,and communicating

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of and passion for Alpha

• Direct experience with Alpha

• Strong command of English

• Excellent organisational skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently

• Willing to commit to this role on a long-term basis
