職務範圍 :
烹調菜式；預備食材；調配麵粉；製作各種麵條；煮麵及烹調湯底；採購食材；監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚房；督導四廚或以下廚師
入職要求 : 中三程度，三年相關工作經驗，一般粵語會話，一般中文讀寫
月薪 : 每月$19,170
