IT Support in Hong Kong

The successful candidate will work closely within the IT department. 

The main tasks and duties include:

  • Provide user support on email services, LAN/WAN, Windows Server, PC hardware and software including OS, desktop application, printers, mobile devices etc.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, networks, VC system
  • Monitor and backup servers, network and computer systems up and running

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years solid working experiences in IT technical support, Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Hand-on experiences on Windows server and Office 365 administration and maintenance
  • Knowledge in programming of Excel Macros or Java Script is a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills and time management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and efficiently
  • Team player with effective communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Travel to China / Asia countries when necessary
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
