Technical Merchandiser

Clothing Industry Training Authority | Kwun Tong, Kowloon Peninsula | HK

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with fashion designers to prepare the sample production specification.
  • Handle product development and sampling process.
  • Follow up quality and delivery requirements.
  • Support Centre Manager on organising and marketing of Centres events, such as workshops/seminars.
  • Undertake project administration and documentation support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Clothing / Textile discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cut and sewn woven garment manufacturing business.
  • Possess technical skills in different types of garments.
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, organisable, energetic and be able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
