Logistics Officer

Beauty Express Group is a leading brand in the beauty and wellness industry. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to support daily supply chain operations and ensure smooth product movement across our retail network.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily logistics operations: goods receiving, order processing, delivery coordination, returns and warranty exchanges

• Work closely with warehouse teams to meet business needs

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for supply chain efficiency

• Maintain inventory accuracy between WMS and ERP systems

• Support stock planning, replenishment and delivery arrangements

• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

• 1-2 years of logistics/warehouse experience (retail background is a strong advantage)

• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory control

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

• Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours on rare occasions for beauty industry events or promotions
