Today, we have an ambitious expansion plan in regions such as Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the workplace. Motivate the team to reach organizational objectives. Develop and implement a timeline for meeting targets. Delegate responsibilities to team members. Ensure that team members are trained to maximize their potential. Empower team members with skills to build confidence, product knowledge and communication skills. Perform quarterly performance reviews Contribute to the growth of the business with a thriving team. Create a pleasant and inspirational work environment for the team. Requirement: Higher Diploma holder in business management or related disciplines Strong understanding of business goals and standard for customer service Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple offices and encourage the co-workers to do the same. Experience organizing training initiative for departments within the company Experience in developing team strength and improving weaknesses Experience in team leadership is preferred Good PC skills especially in MS excel. Good time management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage Immediately available is an advantage Full-time
