Key Responsibilities 職責: Install, maintain and repair plumbing & drainage, electrical equipment, wooden fixture painting, bricklaying, plastering and tiling at apartment 安裝,維修及更換物業水喉項目、電器項目及木器木器傢俬, 油漆和泥水項目 Performs regular systematic inspections and maintenance to aid in the upkeep of the property 定期進行系統性的大廈檢查及維修,以確保物業保養 Maintains tools, equipment and work spaces in safe, secure and good condition 確保物業的工具、儀器及工作空間安全及穩固 Liaising with outside contractors for maintenance work of the building and its facilities 協助與監察外判商於大廈進行之設施保養或維修工作 Providing on-job training, guidance and assignment to junior technician for the above duties 提供在職訓練給初級技術員, 包括編排及指導其日常工作項目 Requirements 要求: Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A will be an advantage 持有A級電業牌者照為優先 1-3 years relevant working experience 1-3年相關工作經驗 Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Technician 經驗或資歷較少者,會被聘任為初級工程技術員 We offer attractive salary package, fringe benefits including 5-day work week, annual leave, public holiday for all and prospective career path to the right candidates.
