Senior Events Marketing Manager (B2B)

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Event Strategy & Execution: 

• Develop event strategies for various formats (tradeshows, forums, roadshows).

• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases.

Vendor & Partnership Management: 

• Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event execution.

Event Design & Logistics:

•  Manage the design and setup of event booths. Handle logistical tasks such as venue arrangements and scheduling.

Content & Messaging: 

• Create and review event materials with content creators. Work with the marketing team to develop effective event messaging.

Performance Measurement: 

• Track event performance and business impact. Manage lead tracking and follow-up activities.

Campaign Management: 

• Lead pre- and post-event activities, including communication campaigns and reporting. Identify and manage new event opportunities.

Creative Execution:

•  Apply creativity to event planning and execution. Develop engaging event concepts and storytelling.

Feedback & Improvement: 

• Conduct post-event evaluations and lead review meetings. Gather insights for future improvements.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of event marketing experience with vendor management.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of B2B marketing practices.

• Strong creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in budgeting and managing multiple events.
