Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve performance and market expansion goals. Manage current customer and identify potential customers and sales opportunities in finance industry. Identifies new market segments and opportunities. Be highly responsive to customer needs and work cross-functionally internally to satisfy customer and grow relationship. Work with internal departments to implement projects and sales strategies. Perform any other sales duties as required. Requirements: Tertiary education or above. Strong leadership and team management skills. Solid business sales experience in financial industry. Successful sales track record exceeding sales and/or business development goals. Knowledge of stock market is highly preferable. Aggressive, positive thinking, result-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player. Good communication and presentation skills. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
