Business Development Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager with a strong background in the broadcasting & entertainment industry. This individual will be instrumental in analyzing our business opportunities, guiding and working with our team, and ensuring our artistes thrive in a safe and strategic environment.

Responsibilities:

Data Gathering & Reporting

• Collect and analyze internal data related to artiste performance and engagement
• Prepare comprehensive reports for marketing and strategic planning
• Develop and maintain planning models to forecast sales-related metrics

Opportunities Development

• Leverage industry networks to build partnerships and collaborations
• Solicit new clients, establish and maintain good client relationships

Artistes Support & Media Safety

• Familiar with digital marketing liked FB, IG, WeChat, 小紅書
• Educate artistes on safe and effective use of new mass media platforms
• optimize TV and digital marketing campaigns, as well as manage artist and event projects

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Work with internal parties and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and execution of business activities and projects

Strategic Planning

• Media planning, proposal development, event management, production follow-up, and provision of professional account services

Requirements:

• Degree or above with 3 years relevant experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent
• Presentable, strong in communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Flexibility in adapting the change of business needs and priorities
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Business Development Manager
