Possession of relevant professional qualification for at least 3 years. At least 8 years relevant local experience, preferably with experience in addition/alteration and building redevelopment projects. Required to oversee and coordinate all aspects of a redevelopment project of the Association as well as the other redevelopment plans. Strong managerial and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with all parties.
