Role Introduction

Reports to: Assistant Manager Inflight Operations Compliance

The Inflight Operations Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting Assistant Manager Inflight Operations Compliance on the day-to-day operations, activities and administration work of the Cabin Tablet team which is crucial for the team to operate effectively. The Inflight Operations Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the projects of Cabin Tablet Team and support the day-to-day operations, activities and administration work of the team throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and generate data, analyse and prepare inflight service-related data and report
• Facilitate and supervise the device deployment . Coordinate the regular device refresh project according to the planned asset cycle
• Review feedback received from the crew community via various channels (e.g. email, cabin reports, etc), monitoring and responding the feedback and suggestions with follow up actions to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop comprehensive learning materials for cabin crew on the use of the Service Tablet and Cabin EFB, including step-by-step user guides, video tutorials, and hands-on training sessions
• Oversee ISD cabin tablet inventory managed by FOP EFB Administration / Flight Deck Services team, and follow up with crew if there are damaged, lost cases
• Work closely with Flight Operations EFB Administration team to ensure Cabin EFB for cabin crew are in compliance with regulations
• Lead investigation on cabin tablet related issues with vendors
• Review and analyse reports of local data and data roaming usages provided by vendors, and follow up with crew on over usage of local data and data roaming cases
• Lead, mentor and develop Cabin crew secondment
• Maintain detailed records of all audit flights and findings, and provide regular reporting to senior management

Requirements

• Tertiary Educated with minimum 3-5 years of Airline experience, Cabin Crew
• Operation and workplace digitalization Knowledge is a plus
• In-depth understanding of Apple Mobile Device Products
• Solid experiences in using digital software including IT management system
• Knowledge in Mobile Device Management platform is an advantage
• High understanding of general inflight operation procedures and processes
• Excellent command of MS office especially in Excel & Power BI, Adobe Creativity
• Suite, Basic programming skills preferred
