What youll do

• Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with clients/ contractors/ in-house technicians to perform daily work arrangement and on-site inspections to ensure the quality and progress of works,

• Assist in preparation of technical proposal, tender, and quotation relevant documents,

• Major in maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning or Electrical systems,

• Handle engineering problems in Building Service systems,

• Participate in ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline

• Preferable with 1 year relevant experience in E&M operation of air conditioning, mechanical and electrical facilities. 

• Experience in sizable air-conditioning system will be an added advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused

• Immediately available is preferred
