Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities: Drive sales and optimize store profitability Manage store P&L with the Store Manager Passionate about excellent customer experience Mission: To support the Store Manager in store and team management. Requirements: Fashion/Retail/Luxury background preferred Minimum 3 years hands-on experience, 1.5 years at supervisory level Multiple store management experience a plus Strong leadership and management skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in English and Chinese (both verbal and written) People Management: Organize and distribute tasks among team members Participate in store planning Communicate actively with the team Ensure high levels of customer service Participate in recruitment and employee integration Mentor and encourage employee development Monitor team performance and ensure compliance Business Management: Participate in planning to meet targets Analyze management indicators and costs for improvement Monitor sales and customer service Supervise administrative procedures Optimize internal resources and minimize expenses Communicate relevant information affecting sales Product and Merchandising: Maximize sales through product knowledge Implement Merchandising standards Control and manage stock and inventories Ensure compliance with store image standards Provide product feedback Attitude: Effective communicator and persuasive Enthusiastic, friendly, and polite Initiative-driven with problem-solving skills Tenacious and can handle stress Ability to listen and prioritize tasks Self-motivated and self-critical Knowledge: Understanding of business indicators Customer Service and Service Policy knowledge Awareness of fashion trends and collections Proficiency in Merchandising Standards Familiarity with cash register operations and internal regulations Skills: Product awareness and commercial orientation Strong organizational, management, and planning skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Motivational leadership qualities Excellent communication and persuasive skills Customer-focused and image-oriented Ability to adapt quickly with energy and speed Full-time
