• 協助總廚處理廚房内日常運作;
• 按照公司要求使用不同烹調方法準備及生產食;
• 檢查每星期及每月餐單,按照需求訂購材料;
• 嚴格執行在食物安全、個人衛生、蟲害控制、廠房環境及設施的要求。

要求:

• 小六至中三或以上程度
• 具三至五年廚房工作經驗, 懂各種烹調技巧
• 良好中文溝通能力
• 具食物衛生知識
