客戶服務助理

We are a leading motor service company in Hong Kong with substantial operations in the territory. DCH Motor Leasing is the leading and the largest service provider in the market with a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles in Hong Kong. Now, It challenges traditional ownership by combining the benefits of using a car, without the hassle of owning one. To cope with our recent development, we invite high caliber individuals to join us in the capacity of:

• 透過電話與客戶聯絡，安排客戶預約及主動積極推廣產品服務

• 處理和跟進客戶訂單及查詢，確保流程暢順完成

• 建立和保持良好的客戶關係

• 協助處理行政文書工作或臨時委派的工作

• 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度

• 1年以上客戶服務或電話銷售經驗憂先

• 具良好聆聽、溝通、客戶服務及銷售技巧

• 流利廣東話, 基本英語及國語

• 懂得基本電腦MS Office操作及中英文打字
