Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure Supervise and arrangement of repair, maintenance and replacement services Main contact person for all technical service contractors Supervise repair and maintenance works of technical team and contractors Handle defect rectification aspects Housekeeping for all work document, including quotation/ tender, checklist, completion sheet, photo record ect. Co-ordinate with Facility Manager and Building Service Engineer to facilitate business needs Work with different department to fulfill customer procurement procedure & statutory requirements Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/Property Management/or equivalent Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in property maintenance or related field Strong leadership skills and problem solving skill Registered Electrical Worker license A (or B which is an advantage) Experience in commercial buildings is in advantage Strong PC literacy for tender preparation and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure Hands-on knowledge of PC applications including MS Office, AutoCAD, Project Management Scheduling, etc About JLL - Were JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
