Talent Development Specialist
Job Duties:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with corporate growth needs in Greater Bay Area (GBA).
2. Design training programs aligned with GBA corporate growth needs, incorporating GBA workforce development models to enhance employee competitiveness.
3. Familiarize the latest mainland China workforce policies, formulating effective talent mobility mechanisms applicable to businesses.
4. Establish a compliance structure, align mainland human resources regulations, mitigating compliance risks.
5. Utilize Greater Bay Area workforce analytics, optimizing corporate recruitment and employee development strategies to improve talent alignment.
6. Introduce AI-powered HR systems to enhance talent assessment accuracy and decision-making efficiency, strengthening corporate competitiveness.
7. Develop a workforce satisfaction evaluation framework tailored to Greater Bay Areas competitive business environment, increasing organizational loyalty and employee retention.
Requirements:
1. Experience in Greater Bay Area talent management, familiar with mainland human resources policy.
2. Understanding of corporate training and performance evaluation frameworks in mainland China, capable of developing effective management solutions to enhance corporate competitiveness.
3. Proven experience in labor dispute resolution, ensuring regulatory compliance and stable workforce management.
4. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in talent development or HR management, preferably in Greater Bay Area.
5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT
7. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
