Youll be responsible for developing fun, on-trend digital and social media content, managing events, and building partnerships. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience and understands the Gen Z market and language. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage engaging digital and social media content (including blogs, graphic posts and short videos/reels) Coordinate and execute member engagement events, such as festive parties, career workshops, live shows, etc. Build and maintain partnerships such as JP (joint promotion with brands), event sponsorships, and KOL collaborations Place and monitor social media ads Analyse performance using Google Analytics Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, incl. social media and events Proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, and responsible Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, language, and culture Experience creating on-trend digital content and organising events to engage with target audience Familiarity with social media ads and Google Analytics Creative, outgoing, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively with the team as well as independently when needed Why Join Us?
