Sourcing Manager (Bedding and soft goods)

Job Description Sourcing Manager - Bedding and Soft-goods Categories Your focus will be: Sourcing, dealing with current suppliers, negotiate the right price and quality. Project coordination with our team and direct with our customers. Calculating cost pricing and arranging shipments. Work with other functional teams and manage the merchandising team for business migration from clients current operation to the company. Full ownership of the whole supply chain from factory sourcing, development till shipment with in-depth technical knowledge, proactive on problem precaution & strong decision maker. Search new potential suppliers, having the desire to build up a network of suppliers within the packaging area, and a high level of service. Develop a close relationship with existing suppliers and develop new suppliers through personal connections, trade fairs and sourcing trips Your profile and Experience: Degree or above or related disciplines Strong knowledge in sourcing regions across Non-China and SEA countries (e.g. Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc) Self-motivated and have strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in handling furniture is a must with a handful of network of vendors. Able to perform price break down for analysis Strong project management experience and organization skills Responsible, patient, self-motivated, detailed minded, professional integrity and trustworthiness Familiar with US market Willing to travel frequently Good command of English/Chinese on writing & speaking All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
