Operations Supervisor
Job Description:
Monitor the Service team and ensure they deliver a premium educational experience to Students;
Assist to manage day-to-day service and daily operations smoothly;
Assist to oversee in tracking, analyse and report Center Service performance and provide solutions for improvement areas;
Assist to maintain a monthly Social Club Calendar and daily classes schedule;
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure is followed at all times to maintain consistency in terms of a global brand;
Promote the Wall Street English method by encouraging staff and Students to trust it and use it effectively;
Assist in implementing new systems when required;
Assist in recruiting, training and developing Service staff;
Provide timely and accurate reports to SM;
Maintain the Centers image, an English-Speaking Environment;
Facilitate First and Second lessons and Social Club Activities if required;
Associate with the business team to drive internal sales through satisfied students;
Assist in other functions of the Company when required by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
Excellent level of English;
Native or near-native Cantonese speaker is a MUST;
University Degree holder, preferably in English Studies;
Experience living in an English-speaking country is an advantage;
At least two years of tutoring and customer service Experience;
Good Interpersonal skills;
Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic;
A high level of flexibility and adaptability, a good team player;
Candidates with less experience would be considered for a “Student Service Associate” or “Personal Tutor” position.
