About the Role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care. As the supervisor, the incumbent will be accountable for managing the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day clinic operations from administration to manpower arrangementSupport the clinic operations, including blood-taking, dispensing, ECG, treadmill, etc.Work on procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goodsProvide guidance, training and support for all clinic staff within the clinicSupervise and ensure all clinic staff are clinically competent to deliver clinical duties and monitor their performanceMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documentsProviding excellent customer service to patientsPerforming other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic Manager

Minimum Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of solid In-Charge experience in out-patient clinicsExperience in check-up services is a plusLicense of health care assistant is a mustStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including outlook, words and excelFluent in Cantonese with good English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plusImmediate available is highly preferredMust be able to do blood taking, ECG and report abnormal vital signsValid BLS certificate
