Responsibilities Prepare Operation Manual / Standard Operation Procedure / Training Video Training Video Filming and Editing of Standard Operation Procedure Operations data collection and Analysis for efficiency improvementof Resolve department day to day issues with frontline and 3rd parties Participate in ad hoc projects Requirement Diploma / Degree student in hotel & catering management /administrative or equivalent Independent, well organized & with good interpersonal skills A good team player, self-motivated with positive work attitude Able to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and as also work as part of a team Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing Ability to multitask Competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
