職責範圍︰ 負責協助及處理日常客戶服務工作,爲客戶提供專業貼心服務解答、處理客戶爭議並及時爲客戶解决問題 提供支援予銷售及市場營銷團隊 倉存及用量管理 整理及處理所需報告 分析和處理客戶反饋以推動服務的持續改進 職位要求: 中五程度或以上,2年相關工作經驗 懂讀寫中英文報告及電腦操作,包括MS Word、Excel及中英文打字 (倉頡/速成) 操流利粵語、略懂英語及普通話 主動,熱誠,具良好溝通技巧及服務態度 有意應徵者可將個人履歷、要求待遇及可到職日期透過WhatsApp 6139 7855 (申請人提供之資料絕對保密及只作招聘用途) Full-time
