Officer, Call Centre and Customer Experience (Credit Card)
Job Responsibilities:
Support customer service hotline by handling inbound and outbound calls for cardholders requests, enquiries, complaints and card promotion in a professional and timely manner
Deliver consistent quality service to attain high level of customer satisfaction
Perform clerical support and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Maintain and update customer personal information upon request
Meet individual assessment form for call volume, availability, service level and customer satisfaction
Promote and cross-sell the companys products as appropriate
Shift duty is needed
Job Requirements:
F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
2 years relevant experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry, preferably in credit card operations
Background in telemarketing is an advantage
Good communication, customer-serving manner, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to perform shift duties and work collaboratively with teammates
Good command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
