Officer, Call Centre and Customer Experience (Credit Card)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support customer service hotline by handling inbound and outbound calls for cardholders requests, enquiries, complaints and card promotion in a professional and timely manner

  • Deliver consistent quality service to attain high level of customer satisfaction

  • Perform clerical support and ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Maintain and update customer personal information upon request

  • Meet individual assessment form for call volume, availability, service level and customer satisfaction

  • Promote and cross-sell the companys products as appropriate

  • Shift duty is needed

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years relevant experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry, preferably in credit card operations

  • Background in telemarketing is an advantage

  • Good communication, customer-serving manner, and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to perform shift duties and work collaboratively with teammates

  • Good command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
