Legal Manager (Data Protection)

Interested parties please email your full resume with your current and expected salary to us at [email redacted, apply via Company website] Key responsibilities Oversee the implementation and ongoing adherence to the companys global data protection policies, ensuring alignment with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPL, PDPO) and regulatory frameworks; Review and advice on applicable data protection assessments, agreements and notices where appropriate; Proactively track global regulatory developments, formulate actionable compliance strategies to company; Provide legal advice and support in a wide range of compliance matters including data protection and other compliance matters. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Law or any other legal related subjects; At least 3 years PQE or legal experience in data/privacy law practice; Prior experience in TMT industry preferred; CIPP/E credential is a plus; Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English is a must; Self-motivated, independent, organized, able to work under pressure, responsible and attentive to details; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
