Marketing Manager

How You Will Do It:

  • Formulate and implement all-rounded marketing and promotion programs to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan
  • Set and monitor annual marketing strategies in correlating with budgets for brand building, product launching and marketing positioning
  • Oversee and implement customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels and work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies
  • Provide support and evaluation on tenant partnership, CSR partnership and reward sourcing
  • Explore joint promotion opportunities to drive increased engagement of the targeted community, generating insights and trends from the members experiences
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

What we look for:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years related experience in retail industry, experience in Jewellery industry is highly preferable
  • Experience on E-marketing is a MUST
  • Microsoft Office, CRM System, CMS and analysis tools experience or similar required
  • Highly motivated, detail-minded and result driven with multi-tasking skills
  • With outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
