IT Officer (Part-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 suite, including configuration, user support, and ongoing operations

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment to ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance

• Collaborate with users to analyze business requirements and design or modify workflow solutions accordingly

• Develop and recommend IT solutions in a timely manner, based on requirement specifications and in coordination with business stakeholders

• Conduct user training to ensure effective utilization of the Microsoft 365 suite and other internal systems

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation

• Perform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support

• Assist the administrative team in organizing company events and supporting daily operations

• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, workflow tools, or custom development projects

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing electronic forms and workflow solutions

• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good command of both English and Mandarin
