Guest Relations Officer (Racing Marketing)

You will:

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold positive relationships with our members, guests, and internal management team

• Assist in presenting trophies, cups, and other arrangement during race days and Club events

• Coordinate race days routine operational matters

• Perform any additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

You should have:

• Tertiary education

• Minimum two years of work experience in hospitality or retail operations, particularly within the hotels, airlines, or luxurious brands sectors, will be an advantage

• Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a focus on precision and thoroughness

• Able to work on holidays or weekdays for race days and Club events

• Being fluent in Cantonese and spoken English is a must, good command of Putonghua is an advantage

Working Hours:

• from 1000 - 1900 during day race (Sat/ Sun) and 1700-2300 during night race (Wed)

(*Actual working hours will be subject to operational needs)

Working Location:

• Shatin Racecourse

• Happy Valley Racecourse

Hourly Pay:

• $225/hour
