Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals, targeting construction firms and contractors.

  • Connect with clients, deliver product demos, and negotiate deals to grow business and sales revenue.

  • Build expertise in IoT solutions (e.g., unmanned tower cranes, AI safety cameras, smart locks) to highlight their benefits.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with business development and technical teams to align sales with client needs.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to promote solutions and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction technology, IoT, or related fields. Proven success in meeting sales targets.

  • Strong track record in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS or hardware/software solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Solid understanding of IoT, cloud platforms, and construction technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passionate, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Experience with construction firms, contractors, or developers is a plus, i.e. knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, or IoT applications; and existing industry contacts.
