Human Resources Manager

Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager with comprehensive HR management experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and company goals

• Work closely with senior management to understand business needs and formulate HR strategies accordingly

• Promote company culture and employee engagement initiatives to enhance team cohesion

• Handle employee relations issues and assist in building effective communication channels

• Manage and optimize HR systems to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred

• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and HR practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership capabilities

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with adaptability to change

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
