Posted by Ricky Li Recruiter Our client is a leading Global Proprietary/Quant Trading Firm that specializes in high-frequency trading and market-making. You will have a chance to work the brilliant minds from top-tier names in the industry such as Morgan Stanley, UBS, Citadel, Google, and more
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop low latency market-making platform components such as market data handler, option price, and algorithmic quoting logic
- Assist the development of proprietary algorithmic trading engines, connectivity to 60+ exchanges, peripheral applications, as well as user interfaces, with the latest technologies
- Optimize our software and infrastructure to reduce system latency regularly
- Work closely with Quants/Traders to define the behavior of the trading algorithm and provide real-time support on the dynamic trading floor
- Demonstrate enthsm for learning and applying the latest technologies to our platform and software development life cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in coding clean C# or Rust
- Interested in the trading business, asset management, and innovative technology
- Good to understand multithreading, web protocol, or high-performance/low-latency design
- You own your deliverables reliability, scalability, and maintainability
