eCommerce Trainee

Position OverviewAs an eCommerce Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 12-month training program, designed to provide you with hands-on experience across various functions, including product and business development, client experience, and system enhancement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the eCommerce industry and develop valuable skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities

• Product and Business Development: Assist in product development and management, conduct market research, participate in product launches, and support partnership outreach.
• Client Experience: Strengthen customer interaction skills, gather feedback to enhance customer experience, manage client relationships, and conduct market research.
• Sales Operation & System Enhancement: Support operational process improvements, work with the IT team on system enhancements, analyze performance metrics, and benchmark against competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for eCommerce and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
