Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in agency recruitment events, such as material preparation, logistic arrangement and event enrolment

• Prepare the promotional materials of recruitment events (e.g. Poster and Promotion Email)

• Prepare and consolidate the market data and company information for the recruitment tools (e.g. Recruitment Brochure, Rollup Banner and recruitment leaflet)

• Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for the arrangements of events and workshops

• Provide daily support on team administration such as payment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience

• Familiar with agency recruitment and development is a definite advantage

• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

• Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint

• Highly organized & able to prioritize tasks
