Engineering Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equipment installation, maintenance, and servicing tasks, conduct regular inspections of production equipment and power systems to prevent potential failures.

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure adequate availability of critical components.

• Quickly diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules with the production department to minimize impact on production lines.

• Lead equipment upgrade or automation projects.

• Maintain daily work progress, equipment status, and maintenance history records.

• Implement 5S management and adhere to safety standards (e.g., Lockout-Tagout procedures, high-altitude operation regulations).

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with work experience in food manufacturing or related industries. Candidates with over 3 years of engineering experience will be given preference.

• Possess relevant technical certifications (e.g., Class A Electricians License).

• Familiar with mechanical/electrical system principles, proficient in using diagnostic tools (such as multimeters, vibration analyzers), knowledgeable in operating production equipment or maintenance procedures.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and safety.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
