Senior Finance Manager ( SFC 1, 4, 9 )

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage international financial operations, ensuring compliance with global financial standards and regulations.

• Develop and implement cross-border financial management strategies, optimizing the use of resources and maximizing returns.

• Manage asset management functions in accordance with SFC licenses 1, 4, and 9, ensuring effective trust business operations.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making.

• Provide expertise in domestic and international tax planning, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax efficiency for the organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in international/group financial management, with a proven track record in cross-border finance.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in asset management and trustee operations, particularly with SFC licenses 1, 4, and 9.

• Strong understanding of tax regulations and planning strategies for both domestic and international contexts.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
