Job Description

What youll do:

• Carry out R&D experiments related to the development of circular technologies, green technologies, carbon capture technologies, etc.
• Conduct desktop research / review literature relating to some assigned R&D topics
• Prepare technical reports, presentation materials, etc., as necessary
• Assist to manage and control project progress and budget to ensure quality and timely deliverables and customer relationship management
• Participate in arranging promotion and publicity programmes for consultancy projects
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Youll be a good fit if you have/are:

• A bachelors degree or above in chemistry, environmental engineering / environmental sciences or equivalent
• Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines
• Experience in R&D study and laboratory work is favourable
• Good command of English

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointees performance and the Councils development needs.
