IT Officer (Incident Management/Bank)

Exciting Role for you

• Incident Detection and Reporting: Monitor systems for incidents and ensure timely reporting.

• Analyze incidents to determine root causes and impact on operations

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes

• Work with IT, operations, and other departments to resolve incidents swiftly

• Generate incident reports using SQL

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in incident management

• Hands-on experience in SQL for report generating and data analysis

• Relevant certificates such as ITIL v4 foundation is preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
