Industry Intelligence and Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of Mainland Chinas uniform and fashion manufacturing industry, including factory practices, buyer expectations, and regulatory updates.

  • Conduct regular market research and on-site visits to Mainland manufacturers, suppliers, and clients to gather intelligence on market behavior, trends, and production innovations.

  • Translate real-world Mainland experience into practical training materials, such as onboarding guides, operational manuals, and cultural orientation tools for internal teams.

  • Host training workshops and cross-border learning sessions for internal departments (e.g., design, sales, production coordination) to align them with client and supplier practices in the Mainland.

  • Advise management and the design team on emerging trends, procurement behaviors, and regional preferences from the Mainland market.

  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between frontline staff and management, ensuring that insights gathered from the Mainland are systematically reflected in company operations and strategy.

  • Support recruitment and development of junior staff by mentoring them on the practical realities of working with Mainland suppliers and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion or uniform manufacturing sector in Mainland China

    • Strong understanding of Mainland Chinas manufacturing culture, market practices, and client expectations.

    • Proven ability to conduct structured training and develop clear instructional materials.

    • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese; excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities.
