Customer Services Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls and make outbound calls (warm calls) to welcome customers with relevant content.
  • Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance and daily targets.
  • Provide quality service and assistance to customers and handle complaints professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to retain customers during interactions.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with 1 year of working experience in a call center and customer service relevant experience is highly preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure, independently, and have good communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
