Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive online and offline promotion materials for MTR Merchandising and MTR e-Store sales campaigns, covering MTR website, mobile app, in-station, in-train, social media and external media platforms as required
• Liaise with external and internal parties on the execution of sales promotions content, including creative agencies, media agencies, suppliers, contractors etc., and ensure correctness, effectiveness and timeliness
• Support merchandising development when deemed necessary
• Undertake regular administrative tasks and conduct market research

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing including social media and content development
• Well-organised, independent as well as a team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) will be an advantage
• Knowledge in photoshop, illustrator or other graphic design tools are preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
