Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide answers to customer inquiries regarding medical/aesthetic devices.

• Build and maintain friendly relationships with customers, continuously monitor their needs, and regularly follow up on customer feedback.

• Assist in handling customer suggestions, propose solutions, and report market trends and customer needs to the company.

• Responsible for processing orders, arranging deliveries, and overseeing after-sales service to ensure smooth operations at every stage.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to drive business development and improve performance.

• Conduct regular visits to meet with customers, listen to their needs, and enhance the market impact of products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with work experience in sales or relevant fields preferred

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.

• Experience and knowledge in dermatology/skincare is an advantage.

• Self-motivated and independent, with an entrepreneur and problem-solving mindset.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
