工作範圍 解答及處理客戶查詢, 提供親切及優質的客戶服務 處理客戶來電查詢及致電客人跟進情況,與客戶保持長遠及良好關係 協助處理客戶預約 為顧客介紹公司產品及服務 職位要求 中五程度或以上 1-2年或以上接待員/文職/客戶服務經驗優先 歡迎應屆畢業生申請 沒有經驗的候選人也將被考慮 能操流利廣東話,英語及國語 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,積極主動,能獨立工作及解決問題 具有基本電腦操作知識 (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words)及懂中英文打字 Job Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound calls in professional and efficient manner Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients Assist to handle client appointments Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service levels Provide clerical duties and support ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned Job Requirements HKCEE/DSE or above 1 to 2 years working experience in customer service is preferred Fresh Graduates or candidate with no experience will also be considered Experience in call center or complaints handling is highly preferred Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin Good in interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, independent, problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
