Capital Operation Management

Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the capital operation of the group and its subsidiary listed companies, including mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring IPO and other direct financing; 2. Responsible for research related to the capital market, regularly organizing the preparation of capital market research reports; 3. Complete other tasks assigned by the department. Requirements: 1. Masters degree or above, with a background in finance, accounting, law, mathematics, computer science, or related fields. Candidates with a composite professional background are given priority consideration; 2. 1-2 years of work experience in capital market business related to domestic and foreign investment banks, accounting firms, or law firms is preferred; 3. Having the qualification to work in Hong Kong (permanent residence or other valid work visa).
