We are looking for talents who share the same values as us and are passionate about joining as Merchandising Assistant in a growing team. Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Work closely with the Merchandising Team throughout the entire merchandising and product development and production process
• Provide merchandising and operation support to the team, e.g. material sourcing, tech pack follow up, data management and samples arrangements
• Handle customers enquiries on purchase order, sampling, shipment status, etc. during the pre- and post-production processes
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure the data in Order Management System is accurate and up-to-date
• Responsible for samples and production shipment arrangements, preparation of relevant documents, and ensure on-time delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

You might be a good fit if you have …

• Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion or related field
• 2-3 years order processing and operation support experience, preferably with garment / manufacturing background
• Detail-minded with strong sense in numerical accuracy and proficient in Excel
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels including customers, vendors and other functional teams
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external parties
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A proactive self-starter and team player who is resilient and adaptive to a fast pace and growing environment
