Building Services Engineer

Duties :
- To manage sub-contractors on technical submission, material delivery, site installation, T&C work and defect rectification
- To prepare CSID and CBWD with BS sub-contractors, UU and builders work team
- To liaise with clients designers to resolve technical problems
- To carry out quality assurance and control on BS installation
- To organize and attend regular BS or UU Coordination Meeting
- To coordinate sequence of works, interfacing details and builders work requirement
- To carry out statutory inspection, system handover and DLP matters
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or degree in Mechanical & Electrical / Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience with at least 3 years site experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skill
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and AutoCAD
- Candidate with more experience / qualification will be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer
- To be stationed on site if required
